Your WPI Email can be accessed Online using your WPI ID and Password
Systems most commonly used by faculty and staff have icons across the top of the Utilities page. These include Workday and Canvas. Links to additional tools and systems are also categorized here.
Another option to access several WPI systems and Office 365 applications is the WPI Portal. Your WPI username and password are required.
Software ResourcesProductivity software is already installed on the devices WPI provides for employees. If additional software installation is needed, contact the Service Desk. Employees also have these options:

Select software titles are available on the WPI campus network for installation.
For personally-owned devices, we enable employee access to an online web store to purchase many software titles at discounted prices.
Your campus telephone extension is managed by ITS.
Voice messaging is provided for campus telephone extensions. Please initialize your voicemail by setting a password and recording greetings.
Register for the emergency communication system. Please perform this seven days after start date to ensure the system recognizes your WPI information.
