IT Service Management

IT offers various services in support of the WPI Community.


The IT Service Desk is WPI's central support service for IT related issues, especially in the areas of systems trouble, network connectivity, and the use of supported desktop applications. IT provides two stages of support to faculty, staff, and students: an attempt to resolve problems or answer questions at the Service Desk, or if quick resolution is not appropriate or achievable, escalate to a higher tier for in-depth assistance.
