If you know the answer to your security question, you can reset your PIN as follows:
- Navigate to BannerWeb
- Enter your WPI ID Number
- Select "Forgot PIN?"
- Answer your security question
- Choose a new PIN following the on-screen instructions
If you are unsure of your security question, or if your Bannerweb access has been disabled, your PIN will need to be reset to a temporary one for you. You may request a PIN reset by contacting the ITS Service Desk.
