You will need to contact your current provider to authorize WPI to take financial responsibility for the service. If you are the primary on a family plan, then you should make arrangements to make someone else primary for that plan.

If you are porting a mobile number, WPI will need the following information:

  • Current Cell Phone Carrier
  • Mobile Number
  • Account Number
  • Single or Family Plan
  • Name of Primary Account Holder
  • Home Address

Please ensure to have your carrier remove your 'billing password'.
