Anyone with a WPI-Provisioned device traveling out of the country should contact ITS at least 1-week prior to leaving to switch service to a global plan.
Be advised that the higher priced global plans can provide limited data and/or texting service, and the voice service roaming is only discounted, rates will vary by country.
If you choose not to add the global plan, you should switch off the roaming capabilities on your phone during your trip.
When requesting a global plan, please provide the following information:
- Employee Name
- Mobile Number
- Dates and Destinations of Travel (the maximum data plan available will be applied)
