Send Email as an Attachment from Outlook on a Windows Computer

How to create an attachment in Outlook of an existing email for use in a new email from a Windows computer.
  1. Begin a new email
  2. In the Message menu, click "Attach Item"
  3. Click "Outlook Item"
  4. Find the message you would like to forward in your mailbox
  5. Ensure that "Insert as Attachment" is selected on the right-hand side
  6. Click "Okay"
  7. Fill out the rest of your email as desired and press send
