Resource Mailboxes provide an email address that offers either departments or groups a centralized mailbox for responding to and tracking inquiries. Multiple users can be granted access to the mailbox as well as the full mailbox structure, such as the Sent folder, the Deleted folder, and any created sub-folders used for organizing emails. Each Resource Mailbox also has an associated Calendar that can be used for booking or scheduling meeting and conference rooms.
