Terminal services function as if you are logged into a WPI desktop computer. Both Windows and Linux terminal services are offered!
The Microsoft Office suite and other academic and productivity software can be run from the Windows terminal servers. Academic and productivity software using the Red Hat operating system is available on the Linux terminal server.
Terminal Services provide:
- Clients for Windows, Macintosh, Linux
- Access Academic Software, File Shares, Printers and more
Use of any of the terminal servers does require access to the WPI Network, whether on campus, or use of the VPN if off campus.
